Dr. Satyajit Kumar is a medical professional and public health leader currently serving as the State Program Officer for PCPNDT Act, ART & Surrogacy Act, Organ Transplant Act, and Adolescent Health under Delhi Health Services. He joined the Delhi Health Services (DHS) in 2008, and since then has played a key role in strengthening healthcare systems and improving the implementation of public health programmes across the state.
He holds an MBBS degree from Vinoba Bhave University, Jharkhand, and further enhanced his expertise by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital & Health Management (PGDHQM) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai (2024–25) — blending strong clinical knowledge with healthcare administration and governance.
